We love taking our dog to Lori and her team! They run everything right out of Lori’s home, which gives it such a warm, relaxed vibe. Our pup always has a blast there — he comes home happy and totally worn out from all the playtime.

The team is great about communicating and sending photos, which we really appreciate. It’s so nice to see our dog having fun while we’re away. Their prices are super reasonable too, especially for the level of care they provide.

Honestly, we feel totally at ease leaving our dog with them. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great daycare or boarding option!

Stow Road has been great! We were nervous when we relocated to the area to find new care for our anxious pup and were lucky to find Lori and her team. They accommodate our ever-changing schedules and every visit comes with detailed updates and plenty of photos, so we always know exactly how our dog is doing and what they were up to. Stow Road Pet Sitters has been a lifesaver for me and a joy for Hazel. Every time she heads to camp her whole body wiggles. She runs in happy and comes home tired in the best way. The staff treats her like their own. They know her quirks, her favorite games, and how to keep her feeling safe and loved.

We’ve had a great experience with Lori and her team caring for our one year old pup. As an anxious first time pet parent, Lori and the wonderful employees made me feel at ease and confident that my dog was in good hands, whether it was for a couple of hours at daycare or boarding for a week. I received notes and pictures at every visit and if I needed to communicate, I was met with a response very quickly. I would definitely recommend Stow Road Petsitter.

I can’t say enough about stow road pet sitters and every staff member they have! I looked into them after seeing a yard sign on my way to preK drop off. We went out of town for the first time since getting our puppy (10 months old and a LOT of dog) and I was pretty anxious. He’s a kennel boy but due to recent illness, we wanted to have him comfortable at home to avoid any rebound illness. So glad we did. The members of the team at stow were incredible and so attentive. Every day before arriving they sent an eta notification and then after the visit, a complete workup. I’m talking parent teacher assessment- level 🤣maybe even more than what you get for children. After all the details of the visit and how he was overall, they provide a checklist of essentials: water refreshed, potty, treats, his energy level. It was amazing and put us at ease. My kids loved seeing the photos every few hours from each visit. They are true professionals too, making sure they have all details before they care for your pet which I appreciate. I am so happy I chose Stow Road Pet Sitters to care for my dog. I was nervous to have others walk him as he is a high energy pup, but everyone at Stow Rd has been amazing and reliable. He is well cared for and loves his daily walks. I greatly appreciate the detailed reports after every interaction. They always make sure his water is refreshed and he’s comfortable before leaving. Lori and her team was very professional dependable loving and caring with our little girl Winifred a rescue who has some anxiety . The visits all went great, they sent pictures and communicated frequently and we came back home to a very happy dog.

My husband and I are so happy we found Lori and her team. You can truly tell they love animals. I like that I am able to communicate with them so easily through their app Time to Pet. Lori and her team provide updates on how the walk went everyday and post pictures. Stow road pet sitters took wonderful care of our dog, Beau while we were away. We needed an alternative to boarding as he does not do well away. Lori and her team visited and walked Beau multiple times a day so he could stay in the comfort of home. Our dog deals with anxiety and reactivity towards vehicles, especially when someone unfamiliar is walking him. Stow road sitters took the time to get to know Beau and how to handle him, despite Beau's difficulties at the start. By the end of the second day, Beau was behaving and excited for every walk and visit. The communication provided by Lori and the walking team was amazing- they provided detailed accounts of every walk and visit along with photos. We were incredibly happy with the attentive care stow road provided for our dog. We felt at ease that he was safe and in good hands while we were away.

Lori and her staff are wonderful. We’ve boarded our German Shepherd for both long and short stays and she has always had a great time. We love that she’s in a home environment and gets to be a member of the family. We get updated daily with photos and anecdotes so we never have to worry about how she’s doing.

Lori and her team have been amazing with our pup Charlie. We have used the teams pet walking service, day camp and over night boarding; all of which have been terrific. The team does an excellent job providing updates throughout the day. We are so happy to have found a dog service that treats our pup like one of their own. We have been using Stow Road Pet Sitters for the past few months and are so glad to have such a reliable, communicative, and dog-loving resource nearby. Our younger dog goes for daycare a couple times a week and loves it. We have also boarded both our dogs when we were traveling. We have had a great experience with both services. Staff are knowledgeable and love what they do. I get better communication about how my pups do with them than I get from my child’s daycare! It brightens my day to get their personalized messages and see pictures of my happy pup. And the drop-off service is invaluable. Looking forward to staying with them for the long haul!

They cared for our babies exceptionally well & sent tons of pictures/videos, plus a full update each day on how the visit went. Cannot recommend enough!! I’ve had to go back into the office after working from home for years. Felt extremely nervous having to find a reliable walker but Lori has made the process easy, smooth and follows directions well. She is super mindful of my requests and I will get pictures/video after each walk with a description. Highly recommend!

My husband and I went away for the first time and just moved to Mass from CT and had a steady pet sitter, but with the move we were nervous to find someone to watch our baby. We highly recommend Stow Road Pet Sitters. We have used many pet sitters in the past to take care of our cats, and Stow Road has been the best by far. Some of the things that we felt made them stand out from the others were that each day, they communicated their ETA. Hence, we knew when they would be at the house, they sent pictures and videos of their interactions with the cats after each visit, and they provided a written summary of their visits. They asked questions if there was anything unclear or unusual. I could write so much more about the professionalism, caring, and overall quality of their service, but to summarize, they are by far the best service we’ve ever used and will continue to use them in the future.

Lori and her team have been taking care of my Labrador "puppy" for a couple of years now. They are so well organized and professional and their communication is prompt and helpful.

I had such a good experience with Stow Road Pet Sitters! Lori and her staff visited my dogs three times a day while I was away recently. I initially was worried about not having an overnight sitter, but the multiple visits worked out well. I received numerous photos and updates throughout the day. My doggies received lots of love and care. I can't recommend this company enough.

Our family has one dog and two cats that require care whenever we are out of town. Lori and her team have always been really great at sending detailed updates on how the pets are doing, as well as communicating frequently if they have any questions about the instructions we have left (change in medication, etc.). Our dog is quite sensitive to meeting new people, and Lori has been very patient with her as she comes out of her shell. We highly recommend Stow Road Pet Sitters to anyone who wants to have peace of mind when leaving their furry loved ones in the care of others!

They go to daycare two times a week, and have walks the rest of the week while I’m at work. I get pictures and videos that make my day so special. My younger dog is super high energy and my older dog prefers to hang out, and both of their needs are accommodated whenever they are at daycare and on walks. I highly, highly recommend them.

We were on a search for a kind, reliable, trustworthy border to send our Shiba Inu, Benny, to for an upcoming family vacation and we got so much more. We began daycare services with Lori about a month ago. The initial drop off for doggy daycare was a little overwhelming for Benny as he hadn't been in a group play setting with other dogs before. Lori was great to slowly introduce each dog one by one, and shortly thereafter, Benny warmed right up! Now as soon as we turn onto Lori's street for drop-off, Benny knows exactly where he's going and can't contain his excitement! We've also noticed that Ben is much calmer and better behaved at home. We highly recommend Stow Road Pet Sitters for anyone looking for services for their pet.

Lori is the best! I needed vacation home visit cat care-not just the normal food, water, litter care etc. –but both of my cats are on several medications which need to be given every 12 hours. She came for a few pre-visits to meet and get them comfortable with her (and she with them). During the vacation week, VERY attentive to them, their needs, my needs(!) and a bonus – I loved the visit reports including multiple pictures (and even videos) that were sent to me following each visit. Lori is very professional in all aspects of her care and love for animals, and I will definitely use her again.

Excellent daily pet care for our two dogs and pet conure while we went away for a few days! Also collected our mail, watered plants, etc. Great communication as well, with many regular updates, and questions asked promptly when called for. Highly recommended!

Sadly the services provided didn’t meet the services accepted. Said differently the arrival times were much beyond the agreed upon time range. Charges were made prior to service delivery which was not explained in advance and unexpected. Lastly the concerns were raised and the response was to blame the customer. She runs her own business and she runs her business how she wants. Word of caution to ask many questions up front and have low expectations.

I'm very pleased with the services offered by Lori and her team at SRPS. We had an initial meet & greet with her pup, got comfortable with some 1/2 day daycare visits and eventually overnight stays. Lori is very easy-going and communicative. It's nice to have such a wonderful service available and conveniently located to me. I'm already booked for another set of dates. Thanks!

We wanted to switch from a large boarder to someone at a smaller scale for when we go on vacation and found Stow Road searching online. Lori clearly loves the animals in her care and I’ve never experienced such great communication with someone watching our dog, Lyra. I feel so confident in Lori’s care and it makes me so happy knowing Lyra is being so well cared for!

After months of searching, interviewing, trial runs, I finally found Stow Road Pet Sitters! My husband and I plan to do a bit of travelling in the next few years and although family has worked great in the past we wanted to A) ensure our pup was socializing with other dogs and B) have reliable care in place for week + long periods. We decided on Stow Road for a number of reasons - flexible day care to burn off some energy, boarding schedules that were not so rigid that I would be required to board for an extra 2-3 days at a time, and transparency when it came to the facilities, activities and care. In addition, Stow Road makes every effort to learn each dog’s personality and group ‘like’ dogs together when possible. We started with doggy dare care and after a just a couple of visits knew we had made the right choice. Our pup would not want to leave, be tuckered out the remainder of the day (sometimes into the next) and eventually knew where those morning car rides were bringing her. We are so happy to be comfortable with the care our pup will receive when we are away!

I contacted Lori at Stow Road Pet Sitters a month after we got our new pup Beau from Aruba. He is an energetic, sweet pup who needs to get his energy out every morning and we were looking for an opportunity to socialize him. He was super excited the first time he met Lori and her dog Harley. That was three months ago. We now have a monthly subscription for four days a week where Beau gets to play with all his buddies all morning, comes home relaxed and ready for a nap. It’s worked out perfectly for household where both parents work and we have two kids in school. Lori communicates often and provides pictures daily. Highly recommend!!

Lori watched both of our dogs while we were away for a week - one of them was a recent rescue. She was incredible!! She made sure both us and our dogs were comfortable with her, her family, her home, and the other dogs. She was extremely easy to communicate with and sent us pictures every day. It was like leaving our dogs with family. We would absolutely recommend Lori for any pet services and are excited to have our dogs go to daycare/sitting in the future!

We had an amazing first boarding experience with Lori! Our pup is a super nervous guy and this was his first time being away from us, but Lori knew exactly how to care for him and make him feel comfortable. Lori was great about keeping us updated with daily texts and photos/videos. It was clear from all the photos/videos how much fun he was having! We are looking forward to setting up some daycare days so he can spend more time with Lori and play with more doggie friends!

We arranged for Lori to take care of our cats for a week after our former cat sitter moved away. Lori had big shoes to fill and she did so wonderfully. Our cats are senior cats, one requires medicine 2x a day, and both can be ornery (they are Siamese, after all) - Lori was absolutely fantastic with both of them. She sent daily updates and pictures and made sure that our house stayed in tip top shape while we were gone. We are thrilled and can't wait to have her take care of our cats on our next vacation!

Very nice to talk to, was very understanding of the potentiality of cancelled vacation due to a medical condition of mine, but on that visit she took great care of our old kitty. Sent lots and lots of photos of her to let us know she was doing well, very much clearly loves animals.

Lori is the consummate professional. My wife and I feel so lucky to have found her and Stow Road Pet Sitters! She even came to visit us at our house before we had decided to adopt our dog, which made us feel completely comfortable that we had a plan in place when we did finally adopt him. So far, we've sent our dog to her half-day daycare, which is a gem. Our pup gets to play and interact with Lori's own sweet dog and other dogs, who she vets as carefully as she vetted us and our dog, which makes us feel all the more comfortable with her. Our dog gets home utterly happy and fulfilled, and as he continues to get used to life with us, the wait for us to get home after work clearly feels shorter to him after a day at Lori's daycare. Her service is top notch, as is she! We couldn't be in better hands!

We had an amazing experience using Stow Road Pet Sitters for our dog Beau. He spent a week boarding with Lori and her dogs. We will definitely be using this service again in April. Our dog Beau was able to run and play every day with the other dogs. He loved it!!

Lori has become our go to cat sitter for our three furry monsters. She does an amazing job, including giving one of our cats his medication. They aren’t the easiest and often hide for strangers, but she’s able to get them to come out for her! She also is so great about sending daily photos and videos along with her updates, it’s such a relief to see how our pets are doing while we travel. We appreciate her so much, and it’s wonderful knowing our pets are in such great hands when we aren’t around.

Lori is an excellent pet sitter! We boarded our 1 year old Labrador with Lori for two nights at her home. She recommended we do two different meet and greets to ensure that our pup got along with her pup giving us the peace of mind we needed before boarding. They became great friends! Lori is incredibly communicative sending photos as frequently as you’d like. We will definitely be using Stow Road Pet sitters again!

We have used Lori’s services for overnight dog sitting twice now, and we trust her more than anyone with our girl! We have traveled internationally for both of our dog’s stays, and Lori constantly kept us updated with plenty of pictures, and it clearly shows that she gives the pets in her care lots of love and attention. We have a 5 year old, somewhat timid rescue and I was nervous about leaving her, but she LOVES Lori and her whole family! They truly open their home to the pets they care for as if they were their own, if I lived closer I would use all of Lori’s services! If you have the opportunity to have your pet cared for by her, take it! You won’t be disappointed!

We’ve used Stow Rd Pet Sitters services on multiple occasions for our cat and dog and every time it’s been great. Our cat (Hailey) doesn’t come out for people besides my husband and I but has come out multiple times for Lori which is honestly saying a lot. On our most recent trip we were gone for two weeks and in addition to taking care of Hailey, Lori also so very kindly watered our plants and took in our mail, both of which were completely unexpected and so very thoughtful of her. I would recommend Lori and her company any day.
